We train our staff internally before letting work commence on client accounts, and we carry out criminal checks too. WHERE
Moneypenny is a proudly Irish company, part of the Moneypenny Group, and our roots are here. We live in a trendy office on Pembroke Street in Dublin, Robocop lives with us as you can see. We also have access to a tried and tested global talent pool of niche skills which means we can access what we need at the touch of a button. We enthusiastically embrace a remote working policy, because we are committed to hiring the best people, and the thing about the best people is that you can’t tie them to a desk. Allowing our team to be flexible on location means that everyone is happy doing what they do best, where they want to be, under the secure umbrella of our company systems.
WHEN
We trade globally and the party line is that we work office hours which are 9-5.30 in local time, depending on where you are. Having said this, our team are all about the why and because we love what we do, we do make the impossible happen. Out of hours work is available on request, and at a bespoke rate. Our team is located in all corners of our beautiful planet so we always have an available shoulder to cry on.

We’re pretty fierce about confidentiality so we rock the contract thing. All team members sign confidentiality contracts before they begin and we also have a client confidentiality contract in place. We keep your secrets, and we keep them well.
